「思ったより良かったです」
滞在中フロントの人が三人くらい変わって対応してくれたが、どの人も親切で、親身に対応してもらえた。タクシーよんだり、シャトルバスの時間を聞いたり、チェックインまでやチェックアウト後の荷物を預かってもらうときなど、こちらの質問に親切に答えてもらえた。 隣の敷地に洗濯機があり、そこで、洗濯が、できた。 口コミがひどかったので、全く期待せずにセントーサに格安で泊まれればいいや。という気持ちで行ったので、価格から考えたら充分な内容だった。 プールが夜10時まで。海まで階段降りて5分セブンイレブンまで歩いて10分セントーサ島巡回バスが、あるが、いつ来るか？来ても空席がないと乗れないので当てにはならない。 最終日に空港まで、タクシーで行ったが、ホテルからだいたい15＄程度だった。
エレベーターがないのでらフロントから荷物を自分達で運ばなくてはいけない。 連泊したが基本部屋の掃除は連泊の時はないと思ってもよいかも。 敷地内にクジャクガいて、子どもが喜んでいたが、そのクジャクガふんをプールサイドでしていた。

スタッフの方の対応がすごく良かったです。
23時を過ぎると裏の入り口が使えなくなり、正面から入るため別の道を歩くのですが、街灯がなく真っ暗の道でした。

「二度と泊まらない」
スタッフがフレンドリー
壁が薄くてうるさい。 エレベーターがない。 エアコンあるが、22度以上にすると部屋の湿度が半端なく上がる。 ベッドにダニが凄い。 シャワーの出がチョロチョロ。 セントーサ島宿泊者はエクスプレスが無料で乗れるらしいが、このホテルは対象外。
