What was the highlight of Costa Sands Resort, Sentosa

Average, a good stay if you are about to enjoy the seloso beach.

Walking distance at the siloso beach and other beaches in sentosa.

No complimentary water, no toothbrush/toothpaste, no slippers, the door in our room is difficult to lock and open it get stuck since it’s a manual key driven. The welcoming staff is not that accomodating except for Vanessa who is quite very nice, the service van in vivo city didn’t arrived as scheduled we took a taxi ride to sentosa. No breakfast, no elevator stairs all through from the 3rd floor. Check-out is too early too by 11am.

Good enough

Location was not bad, easy access to the beach.

The bed was too soft. The door lock was difficult to handle. Walls are really thin. It’s a long walk if you come back after the back gate is shut..

Loved the pool, it was amazing.

Loved the pool, it was amazing...specially in the evenings! The room was very spacious and reasonably priced compared to other locations in the Sentosa Island. Very good location and easy travel around the island.

The hotel room seems to be quiet old and had old equipments. A renovation would be great..

Request for first floor as i have 2 kids below 2yrs old but i get 3rd floor which is inconvenient for my family. On top of that, there is no lift so its difficult for my kids to climb the stairs.

Would love to come back! Hopefully to get the pool view this time round!

It was an experience for us. Siti was warm and welcoming. The whole experience was great and fun!

The ants that came for a visit! It was super fast. They chose spicy chicken and nuggets instead of coke and green tea! ????‍️

Great, clean, lot of activities available around the island and good value.

The location was fantastic, just a few minutes from our hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with nice big bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We used the same hotel both times, on the way to Europe and on the way back to Australia.

We didn't have a breakfast within the hotel as we preferred more variety.

Nice having a pool.

Nice having a pool. Walkable to Sentosa Express station & all the Sentosa amenities.

Arrived @10.30pm to find no cafe,bar or restaurant facilities open! Asked for extra pillows & was told I'd have to pay extra for them!! Shower head filthy, as was shower gel container! Also told from receptionist that we had to pay Every Time we came onto the Island even though we were stopping at a hotel on it! Receptionist did relent & let me have a pillow "complimentary though & the next morning sent a cleaner into my room to clean the shower head! Noisy kids in swimming pool at 6 o'clock in the morning, even though it was closed at that time. Not a great experience for us

Location was great with good customer service but disappointed with cleanliness.

The location was great. The property is on Sentosa Island. Walk down the back steps of the property and across the road and you're on the beach. 10 minutes down the road is Beach Station monorail station. Very close to everything with a free beach tram stop a minute from the back steps. Customer service was lovely - We left two nights early and the staff were very apologetic for the reason we left and managed to arrange a refund for us.

We had a bug problem. We got to the property and checked into our room, which had large ants crawling up the walls. They moved us to another room. That room wasn't too bad, though we had smaller bugs (like ants but we weren't sure they were ants). One night we had a large beetle flying around the room whenever the light was off. We left the property 2 days early.

Everything was great here.

Everything was great here. The staff were tremendous and very helpful. All the facilities were clean and well maintained. The location was excellent with everything close by. Walk straight out the back gate to bungy jumping and other facilities there, walk past that and the beach is right there. Plenty of restaurants around

Not a great customer service.

Not a great customer service. Some staffs were nice but some were just unhelpful. We were surprised when we were asked extra money for one extra pillow. We were only given two pillows to start off with where the booking was for 3 people. Will I go back to this resort again:- and the answer is NO
